PSU Low Voltage

a week back asus's ai suite Started giving low voltage error
on 3.3V
when ever load increases the voltage drops down by ~ 0.300v
ive attached a picture below to show the voltage
see the minimums they are registered when i run Intel Burn test
procc is FX8320
mobo is M5A97 R2.0
PSU is CX430
GPU is GTX 960 2GB

Your PSU's +5V rail is also dropping below the +4.75V spec allowed by the ATX12V PSU Design Guide.
