Question PSU Makes buzzing sound when shut down

This isnt really annoying or a problem, but the psu makes a buzzing sound when its shut down. Its not loud you can only hear it when you have your ear on the power supply. The pc boots and works perfectly fine. the psu is corsair rm650x

I have no rgb ram, and only 2 usb ports in use

im pretty sure its just coil whine my grandfather is an electrician he told me.
