Question PSU making noise after PC shutdown

Is it normal for PSU to make this sound after I shutdown the PC?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Are you certain the noise is coming from the PSU? You might want to roll up a sheet of A4 paper then hold one end of the cylinder to your ear while the other end is used to probe for the source of the noise.
