PSU needed for high end gaming rig

Title says my needs, the specs are I5-4690k and a gtx 970 g1 gaming soc windforce edition.

Im intending to overclock the cpu to atleast 4.5 in the future.

Most of the GOLD rated psus dont even exist within my country so keep that in mind please.

You can do some overclocking with the 550w XFX and the 970.

I prefer 650w to add room.
