PSU or GPU dying?

My PC has randomly been resetting itself, sometimes losing video signal, sometimes one followed by the other.

Last time it happened when I boot back up my caseLEDs / case fans were spinning, but mobo LEDs, GPU fans and CPU fan were dead still. I unplugged some things from the motherboard and replugged and it worked.

Since the summer I've replaced everything except my GPU and PSU and it has been happening since before then, any way to see which one is the culprit?

This is some info from Speccy, I'm not sure if anything is out of the ordinary. Temps are fine.

Corsair 850W PSU
GTX 770
i7 4790k
16GB RAM
Gigabyte G1 Gaming motherboard

Can you check the GPU in another system? But, at this case, i'm suspecting the PSU.

Everything else ruled out... Two options left... maybe PSU I'm thinking?

And those voltage readings are 100% inaccurate. That's why software can't be trusted when it comes to this stuff.

Me too, I mean there's no way a bad GPU could cause my cpu fan and motherboard LEDs to not come on right ?
