PSU or GPU Problem? help plz

Hey im having a problem. Ill be playing WoW and my computer will shut down then restart in a reboot cycle. It will keep doing this untill i shut down the pc and let it cool down for a few minutes. Then i can turn it on and keep playing. I just got a new motherboard and a new CPU because i thought this was my problem. The only things i have reused in my build are my PSU and my GPU. The only thing hot in my case at the time of this is my GPU but i ran a test and the temp was only around 70celcius. The PSU is rater old i am wondering what is causing my problem.


specs are

PSU- Rosewill rv2-700
GPU-Evga 660 gtx
CPU- AMD Athilon 3.8ghz quad core
MOBO-Asrock fm2a55m fm2 HD
Ram- 8gig

I think your cpu is overheating. Check cpu temps at 100% load and make sure your case has a good ventilation.
