[SOLVED] PSU or mobo dead ?

So I pressed the power button on my pc but it didnt givr me anything, no fan spinning or any type of POST. I tried the few different troubleshooting, tried to jump the mobo using using a screwdriver but still nothing.

I tried the paperclip to my PSU still nothing.
Im having a hard trouble finding out my problem. I tested the ram and gpu on a seperate computer and they work, but the board for that computer doesnt support my psu. Any input on to this?

If the PSU doesn't work with the paper-clip test, it's dead.

Buy a new one of good quality.
