Question PSU or Motherboard?

I built my PC 2 weeks ago and everything was working fine no problems at all. Yesterday I started to see my pc lock up and freeze while playing games and watching youtube on a second monitor. Today while playing games the PC shut off randomly and restarted. When it started back up sometimes it made 1 beep and I also heard 4 beeps. I tested all my other components and it's not the CPU, GPU, or RAM. Do you think this problem is because of a faulty PSU or MoBo?
