I've been struggling to find out what part of my computer is damaged or need to be replaced. My computer cant boot into anything and i guess its a power related issue. When I turn on my computer it shuts down after a few seconds and automatically turns on again without me doing anything and it'll repeat and repeat until i unplug it or turn off the psu. My monitor is just black all the time so i also guess that its motherboard whose damaged. Please help me know what part is damaged or what to do in this scenario.

Note: I've already done some troubleshooting steps like resetting the cmos by removing the battery. I've also tried replugging all the cables and make sure they're plugged all the way in.

my dell is doing the same thing there is a separate part of your computer that is responsible for booting up the computer then the hard drive starts working the problem is that it boots up then it stops working so it boots up correctly but the hard drive does not it is hard drive failure. hope this helped

Update: PSU is not the problem. I guess its the hard drive as i've been trying to merge partition through third party software. Does the hard drive the problem why my pc is not booting completely?

Im already done doing thos and also changed the psu but the problem is still there.

It's a year old pc and as i've said that problem occured when i started to merge partitions using a third party software. I dont have spare parts to try and test my pc.
