Question psu pci e question

I have a Radeon 6600 that takes a 5+2 6 pin connector
GPU's either need a single(or dual) 6pin or a single(or dual/triple) 8pin PCIe supplemental power input or a 12VHPWR/12v2x6 power input, what are you referring to as a 5+2 6pin connector? Might want to pass on the exact model for your discrete GPU.

it has enough power for when i save up for a new card my question is does this one here
and what card(in the future) would that be?

a 6 pin adapter for order gpus?

^ if you look through the wiring/cable/harness diagram, the answer is yes.

well to answer your question yes this unit has 2 cables and 4x 6+2 pcie connectors
which is plenty for any graphics card using this type of cable/connector ,
it also has the new 12VHPWR standard for latest nvidia video cards .
(although this particular model is limited to 450w via this single connector and not the full 600w of power -
which if you ask me is actually a good thing on such a unit with older and less fail safe
revision of this connector ,
it may prevent you from running rtx 4090/5090 on it in the future but it is a fair trade in this case)

bottom line - this unit is solid , although it would not be my first pick
when shoppping for a new 850w/1kW power supply
(of course it largely depends on your location and
what your other options may be and also on the pricing of course)
