PSU Plug Problem

I recently brought a Corsair CX430 PSU. I noticed that it has a UK Plug. I live in India, so what should do to make this compatible with my switches?

Should i buy a Universal Plug Adapter? Will there be any problems in the voltages?

Or should I buy a new PSU cord with Indian plug and use it instead of the Corsair one? Is it safe?

P.S : CX430 has a 100-240V AV Input

No. I would go with replacing the PSU cord.
