PSU powering eGPU for laptop

Hello.

I am just looking for an opinion.
My plan is to build eGpu dock for laptop.
I have an old HD7950 which needs 2 x 6 pin PCIe power connectors from PSU.
PSU will only be powering the card itself (~200w). I was looking for the cheapest PSU with two 6 pin PCIe connectors and I found this one:

I know that LC-Power is not the best brand. I have read a lot about problems with LC-Power. PSU will only be powering one GPU and I don't want to spend 100 euros for a PSU. Is there something I should watch out with this PSU? Should there be any problems?

It costs 35 euros. It is the cheapest one with two 6 pin PCIe connectors. I know there are quality PSUs for 40, but they have only one 6 pin PCIe.
