[SOLVED] PSU problem?

I've recently bought new MB(ASRock B550 Steel Legend) to replace my Gigabyte A320m-h MB. As of my CPU, it is R5 3600 and my GPU is XFX RX 580(8gb V.). When I connected everything(and I did it correctly), my PC didn't boot(it was blinking CPU and RAM, fans, LED, CPU and GPU turning on and off). After searching forum far and wide, I decided just to try and boot system without my graphics card, and then it booted(obviously I couldn't see anything, since I didn't have any form of GPU), with VGA blinking. So, my question lays simple(and probably it is stupid, but I jast want to confirm it), is the problem with my PSU(and before ya ask, yes I did connect 24pin and 8pin(4+4) correctly), which is CHIEFTEC GPE-600S(600W 85% eff.), and do I need to change it to stronger one?

Solution
Might well be psu, Chieftek usually don't have good quality to offfer with psu's so advice is it'd be good to upgrade to something better.
