hi,
can someone please recommend me the best PSU to replace my damaged Cooler master 500watt PSU

CPU: core I5 4440
mobo: MSI Z97 gaming 5
GPU: msi gtx 1060 3gb
2 HDD
m.2 ssd 500gb
2 x4gb hyperx memory

thanks

I'd go for quite an overkill psu, say an RM650i or TX650m from corsair, or GX-650 from seasonic.
Not cause your pc needs it, but because futureproofing + degradation + reliability + warrenty.

If you really just want to save a buck on something that will just work, a CX450m will be enough, but will also be something you need to replace if you ever upgrade your pc.

Is this a joke ... 114$ PSU for that PC , I mean it's GREAT PSU, I have it for long and it's perfect, but oof, maybe if for future PC it's good, yeah, just can't believe such a psu for that PC, if OP dont want to spend a lot of money, it's better to take CoolerMaster MWE 550 WHITE probably

That psu is not very high quality.
I've said it above, but IMO, getting an overkill psu is a good investment.

Why throw another piece when you need swap cpus?

I mean in CM MWE quality only in capacitors, it's bad, but it's not worst, CapXon and Elite with good characteristics from good a batch which is a bit close to japanese capacitors with almost same running time. But yeah if that price for ion+ is THAT good, he can do it and have a PSU for next 10 years because it's damn good, but if he's system will be budget as it is now. I dont see any difference, MWE or FractalDesign, same but only different capacitors

Ah and yeah saving money for normal CPU is a good thing!
