Problem with a System, think its PSU related but its a new one...

300W PSU, 2000XP, MSI SiS746 Ultra, 256Mb ddr-ram, R9600 2x40gig HDDS, DVDrom & CDRW drives Win XP, up-to-date drivers

system will run fine but after couple of hours will reboot... no other problems

notions ??? cheers...

Trust me I know what I'm doing... ooops, grab the cat...

300 watts is kinda dicey these days. Get a better name brand PS in the 450 watt range you can use down the road.

Abit IS7 - 2.8C @ 3.5ghz - Mushkin PC4000 (2 X 512) - Sapphire 9800Pro - TT 420 watt Pure Power
Samsung 120gb ATA-100 - Maxtor 40gb ATA - 100
Sony DRU-510A - Yellowtail Merlot

High temperatures could cause reboots as well. Try to find out what the temperatures get up to when it reboots.

Power surges may be an issue. Try to get an UPS or a good surge protector.
