PSU Required for r9 290x Sapphire tri-x OC Edition Graphics Card?

I want to buy an r9 290x sapphire tri-x OC edition graphics card, but I don't know what PSU I need.

In my desktop at the moment I have:

CPU: i5-4570
GPU: HD Radeon 7850
PSU: 450w (Corsair vs450)

I think my current set up uses around 430w

A decent quality 650W psu would be ideal. XFX 650W or EVGA GS 650W.
