You really can't go wrong with either - depending on the GPUs and their requirements, of course.

Leadex II units don't appear to be available in the US, therefore, there's not too many reviews.

So, yeah. I'd opt for whichever is cheaper - that's really all it can reasonably come down to between the two units!
