PSU Seasonic M12II 520w 80 plus bronze will run good on my two rigs with gtx 970s?

Hi everyone first time posting here, I really asking about this power supply will hang on this two rigs that i almost ended except for this matter, i thing this s the best power supply i can afford, my doubt cames with my two cases too, are two sentey halcon II 6050 enthusiast edition that came with 7 fans inside. here comes the specs:

Intel i3 6300
gigabyte h110
2x8gb ddr4 2133mhz
nvidia gigabyte g1 gtx 970
sentey halcon II 6050 7 fans mid tower case.

Intel i7 2600k
Evga p67 SLI
2x8 gb ddr3 1600mhz
nvidia gigabyte g1 gtx 970
sentey halcon II 6050 7 fans mid tower case.

well the gpu i can consider another gtx 970 like MSI ZOTAC EVGA ETC, thats not a problem for me, hope the power supply can worth rightly with this rigs, im open to your suggestions, from now i give my thanks for any help!

The M12II EVO will be a solid choice. Very good psu, all japanese capacitors, also comes with 5 years of warranty. Your pc will draw close to 300 watt or so. So it also gives you headroom for overclocking and future proofing. Also fuly modular!!! You said M12II, seasonic now manufactures new edition called the M12II evo. Anyway original M12II also uses all japanese capacitors.
Go with it.

Or you can check if you can find the Antec High Current Gamer series for the less money. They are internally same as M12II evo.
Only difference is the fan and antec uses a panasonic capacitor as primary. Everything else is similar.
