Psu sleeved extensions

Ok so I am just lookin to get a cleaner looking build and I found a cable extension but it is only single sleeved and found some other for double the price which are multisleeved so my question here is what is the difference do they last longer have better protection against something?

My main question is does low quality cable have more resistance/deliver less power?

"low quality cable", as in thinner wires ? Yes could be a problem if you overload them but that would be only on higher powered elements, like GPU an ATX-Aux.

Will only affect when put under heavy load or if you have longer cables than is normal.

I decide im gonna buy a gtx 1070 Hall Of Fame and just going to buy some more expensive cables thanks any ways
