PSU thermaltake for my build?

Now I have read some reviews on the thermaltake se modular 730w psu and they seem to give it an average rating. However, I recently came across a pretty good price for the psu and was wondering if I should really avoid it because I am planning on getting the geforce gtx 970. Here are my specs:

Mobo: gigabyte b85h-hd3
RAM: 2x4gb patriot ddr3
CPU: intel i5 4430 @3ghz
GPU: planning for gtx 970

Oh i also have 3 hdds... dont know if that helps, but thanks in advance!

With a config like that, you don't need a 730W PSU. A good 450W PSU is plenty.

I would suggest a Seasonic S12II 520. A solid PSU for the price and it will run your system without any problem.
