I5 6600k
Asrock Fatal1ty gaming K4
16gb ddr4 ram
Samsung evo 850 pro 256gb
1Tb HDD

Will my seasonic s12II 520W manage with this setup?

That's definitely enough wattage for an overclock on both the CPU and graphics card with no issue, it's a high quality unit as well, nothing to worry about.
