Hello.Today I decided to upgrade my PSU from a crap Segotep ATX 500W to Corsair CX450m, 80+ bronze, 450w.I got the PSU and install it. But for some reason the PC îs not oppening at all.. I saw that the new and old one do power the leds from the motherboard but that's all. I have a ASUS PRIME B350M-K Moatherboard and I saw that when I am connecting the pins to PHD 6000 the CPU cooler fan goes for one second and that's it. I don't know that to do I already lost some money for the PSU I cant afford a new motherboard.

Solution
Last update:The motherboard was dead. I Found MSI B450M-A PRO Max for a decent price. If you read this and have the same issues then I am sorry you'r motherboard is most likely to be dead.

Assuming the old PSU was modular as well, you DID swap ALL the cables, and only use the ones from the new Corsair?
The old one has cables built-in but I did tried the old PSU and it does the same I have a question it is necessary to connect the 4 pin PHD 6000 ? This îs the only way I can see that the PSU's give power
