PSU Voltage out of normal range

Hello folks

I've been experiencing blue screens of death and sudden shut downs since last weekend. Tride many diagnoses and notinhg seemed to explain it. Until I got Everest and Speedfan to see how my psu voltage is.

Readings are almost the same in both programs. This is the big problem....

As I am realy a newbie to psu problems, I would like you to tell me how screwed I am. Because I can't afford to change psu this month and I really need my pc in my work.

53C isn't high. So that wouldn't be a shut down from that.

I think it might be the MB.

Hello folks

I was almost giving up on this and buying new MB CPU and RAM when I saw the temperature rising to fast. In 10sec it went from 55°C to 85°C. I couldn't see this before because was too fast and random.
It was the bloody thermal paste! It got dry. The whole time, it was the simplest thing! I felt like an idiot but in my defense again, the temperature rising was too fast and random.
