Question Psu vs graphics card

Hi guys
Am I at risk putting a msi rtx 2060 gaming z yo work powered by my evga supernova nex650g?
This psu has 650w in total output
4x 12v rails with 20amp each
This rails combined output 636w.

Can this handle my msi previously mentioned factory oc card?
