PSU WAttage enough?

hello,i have a iball 450w standard computer power supply with
1.+3.3V at 5A
2. +5v AT 8A = 40w
3. +12V at 11A= 132W (single rail)
4. +5vsb at 2A
5. -12V AT 0.5A to power up my system of 225-300 w peak and gpu TDP=100W,cpu TDP=54W
my queation is is the given specification enough to power my cpu and gpu,Although currently iam running my system with the same power supply and having no problems..
