I have an Antec Earthwatts 650W psu that won't work when the motherboard's power switch is jumpstarted or pressed, but works fine when the green and black wire are jumped. I've tried this PSU with multiple motherboards that worked fine with other PSUs, but no luck.
I've also jumped the green and black wires when they were plugged into the motherboard, and it worked fine. While the PSU was on with the motherboard, I was able to plug in multiple hard drives, a GPU, and some fans with no issues. The power button also was able to turn the power supply off.
Does anyone know the issue? Thanks in advance!

Can you give a full list of your specs? It's possible that your case's power switch is just dead.
The power supply isn't really in any computer at the moment. The power switch seemed to work fine on other power supplies. Some mobos I tried it on were the Biostar n68s3+, M2N68-LA, and an old Intel desktop board. I shorted the power switch pins on all of them, and i've only tried the power switch on the biostar one.
