So I Don't Think It's Good and i want to upgrade it to XFX TS Series 430w

Solution
Your system will only be pulling about 200 watts at full load. The XFX TS 430 will be fine for your system. If you want to upgrade in the future to a more powerful video card you may have to upgrade the power supply then, but for now the XFX will work with the Q9300c / GTX 750 ti. The XFX is a high quality PSU made by Seasonic and is an excellent choice.
With the two hdd, the cpu and mainly the graphics card, you'll need a minimum 500W psu.
It is recommended you buy a good quality 550w psu or more. Then you'll be fine with it. An xfx 430w won't do the job at all. by that link you provided i saw you got a 600w psu(though never heard of the brand). Then you'll be actually downgrading, and will put your system to risk of over drag and burn. I recommend cooler master or corsair as good brands.

I've got the XFX PSU and its silent but the problem is that the cable length is not suitable for cable management.
