You didn't say whether the list you posted was current spec, or spec you want to upgrade to. Either way, if you want advice on what to upgrade, you need to show exact current spec, and your max upgrade budget. After that, any of your thoughts on what upgrade parts you've narrowed it down to is extra info and not as crucial.

On first look though, that seems like a very high budget for a mere 1060 build, even despite being in CAN dollars.
