PUBG: Incredible GPU and CPU usage drops to 1%, making the game unplayable.

So just as the title says, the GPU and CPU usage drops really hard on random occasions. There is no logic for these incredible drops since the Temperature is normal.

My specs:

GTX 1070
i7 4970k
16GB ram.

What can I do to solve this?

The weird thing about this is that I've never had this problem before so..

Same Thing here and it happend to me in a lot of games that i tryed FPS goes literally from 120 to 10 and goes back to normal totally random times
