Again, it is now believed that the voltage is the issue as much as if not more than the power limit, where voltage request is, built in the VID table and microcode of the Intel CPU itself, which, doesn't matter what MB vendors do, that's why the 65W parts above are believed to be affected. Also, K versions are simply unlocked versions, which you can FURTHER tinker above the default settings of whatever Intel is making, which, the default of the K series should be conservative enough to be stable and long lasting, further OC is user's fault while if user need to further downclock/volt/limit it, it is intel's fault and false advertise. I don't see why one can still consider it's the user/MB vendor's fault but not Intel's at this point
