Pulled mobo off scrapyard. No video. How do i fix it?

So I got to a scrapyard to find some old used PC parts. I picked up a working hard drive and Pentium E6300 and use it.
I also found an Asus P5G41T-M LX board that looks ok so i got it for cheap and test it.

I installed a working Q6600 and 2GB DDR3 memory then i plugged in mobo and there's a green light that turns on. So I used a screwdriver to turn it on and then no video. Both the onboard and my working hd 4670. also tried with 2 PSU (both are 80+ Bronze)

So I tried the Pentium and a modded Xeon E5430 and the same thing happened. I also tried using a speaker and there's no beep, even i turn it on without ram.

I wanna get it working for simple internet use in my house. I want to spend as less as possible.

Do you guys know what I have to do?

Speaker + No RAM + No beep = Dead motherboard
that is the equation that has played out for me in the past.
if you cannot force a beep code the board is toast in my humble experience

Yeah probably. It might be dead but I'm gonna try other things.
