I think I shorted my HDD's. They are HGST 6TB SAS drives (HUS726060ALS640).

The drives don't power on at all anymore.
I've read that pull the 5v or 12v TVS Diodes could help.

I've marked what I think are the 5v and 12v diodes on the attached image. Is that correct?
Is there anything else I should check to see if I can get these drives to work again?

A good fuse should have a resistance of 0.0 ohms. If a diode is shorted, the corresponding fuse will be open circuit.

If there is no other problem, snip the shorted diode and flow a blob of solder over the open fuse. Then retest for shorts.

BTW, the diodes in your photo are reversed -- the 12V diode is on the left, 5V on the right,
