Hello, I built this computer about two months ago. Can you hear the pulsating, humming noise in this video?

When I place my ear close to the fans they seem pretty quite....minus ramping the fans up in the video. This humming noise is always there weather I'm running simulations, browsing or it's sitting idle. I see a lot of videos of strange AIO nosies but I don't think it quite matches what I am experiencing. Anyone have advice? It's driving me crazy. I watch my temps all day and they seem fine after changing a few settings in the PBO.
