Question Pulsing fans ?

Does anyone have any idea as to why my fans would be pulsing like this?
Recently changed CPU and Mobo and it's just started doing it. Mobo is pretty much the same as my old one just abit newer. All 3 fans are plugged into a 3 fan splitter then into the CPU Fan port.
Mobo is a ASUS B550-F, I have tried the fan tuning through AI Suite 3 but still seems to have the same issue.

how is the fan curve setup
and what are the fan stop & startup timings set to?

extending the response(stop & startup) times will stop the fans from instantly reacting to temperature changes.
they will take longer to respond and therefore will not spin up & down as often.
