Been looking around for info on Purch Marketplace. Their website now says "Purch Perks" and it seems to be a different business model. Additionally, no-one seems to answer customer support phone calls or email. So just wondering.
In September I bought a Bitdefender annual license for a Mac through Purch for installation on my daughter's then-new Mac. The transavtions was handled through my email, I just forwarded her the email with the Download link. She took care of the rest.
Now it turns out that Btdefender is indicating it's expired. I contacted Bitdefender tech support (in lieu of the non- responsive Purch Support) and they indicated that I should have received an activation code from the seller (that being Purch Marketplace). Never got that - I still have all the emails relevant to the transaction, as well as later marketing email.
Anyone here have any experience with Purch support? Are they simply closed for the holidays?
Anyone perhaps know how and in what form the activation code may have been sent?
Making me regret the original decision - at least it's only $36, so not a big deal in the overall scheme of things.
