I purchased some new RAM (2x 16GB DDR4 3600 sticks by G.Skill) to replace my old 2x 8GB DDR4 3200 sticks (same brand/model). For some reason computer wont start up with he new sticks installed, I tried putting back the old ones and the computer boot up just fine.

I looked up the motherboard and don't think it's a compatibility issue, computer specs are below...

-i9 9900K 3.6GHz processor
-Nvidia 2080 Super GPU
-Asrock Z390 Pro4 motherboard

You should make sure you're putting the Ram in the correct slots and not side to side. Sometimes you might need to the slots you didn't use for your first model. For example lets say your first ram was in the first and third slot. Try the second and forth.
