Purchased new PG279Q and flicker when opening Chrome?

Sometimes when I open chrome I get a flicker. Sometimes it opens as normal but sometimes I get a split second flicker and chrome opens as normal. Can someone explain this ?

Can you try turning off hardware acceleration?
