Purchasing Windows 7 online

Hi, I'm looking for a way to purchase a digital copy of Windows 7. The PC I'm building won't have an optical drive, so a DVD won't work, and Microsoft no longer sells Windows 7 on the website. I found 2 sites:

windowskeyonsale.com
The latter has much better prices, but it looks like a scam. Does anyone have experience with either of these sites?

If your current rig has a DVD drive I would suggest:

-Buying a standard Windows 7 Install DVD +Key (Home Version) (Professional Version)

-Using this guide to make a bootable Windows 7 USB install: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/windows7/a/install-windows-7-usb.htm

-Install Windows 7 on your new rig via USB and use the new Windows 7 Key you bought with the DVD.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I like the price of the OEM edition, but the fact that I wouldn't be able to transfer the license to a new computer later on is pretty annoying. Is there any way to purchase a digital copy of the retail edition, or am I stuck with the disk?

You're stuck with the disk I'm afraid, Microsoft doesn't sell digital Keys online for retail copies as far as I'm aware.
