Hey everyone.

I am putting up a new build which I will use for office work and gaming.
I won't be rendering videos or anything like that, just simple office work and gaming.

I already have a GPU - GTX 1060.
As for a case and PSU, I will buy those locally and not off Amazon - 500W is enough, right?

My main concern is whether I should add another 100$ and get the i7-7700k, but from what I heard, with the GTX 1060 the I5-7600K is my max and I won't be able to utilize the i7-7700k even if I had it.

Also, what price drop do you expect, if any, with the release of the R5 Ryzen lineup? should I wait for the prices to drop or will it be minimal in your opinion?

This is what I have built for now:

Would appreciate input, and if there are any parts that you don't like - what would you pick instead?
Keep in mind I can only buy from Amazon, so if you link to parts, try to find them on Amazon, if they aren't there I can't get them.

Thank you guys.

I will get a quality PSU no worries, haven't decided which one yet.
Why get 2x8GB? is 16GB really needed in my case and why?
I plan to do very minimal OC, but I definitely want the K model. Wouldn't mind go for a cheaper Mobo if it will allow me for minimal OC. No plans for SLI or anything like that.

Because Most new title games already use 8Gb and some recommend 12Gb unless you want to upgrade 1 year later id suggest 16GB.
