So, somebody asked for my help in picking out the best possible PC upgrade I could find for them and I came to the end result of getting this https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227876 and then swapping the CPU to the i9 9th Gen 9900K and swapping the RAM for 64 GB of DDR4 RAM. The one request this guy had was to use Windows 7 since he hates Windows 10, so I plugged all of the parts into PCpartpicker and there were no incompatabilities listed for Windows 7. When I was loading his drivers onto a USB for when I switch back to Windows 7 for him, I found out the Z370 series MB's don't support Windows 7. Is there any way around this that anyone can think of? I've been thinking about it for hours and I have nothing besides using third party programs to make it look and work like Windows 7 while running Windows 10.

He's an old guy that knows really nothing about computers (He tried putting cash in his PC to pay newegg). He just is adamant that he hates Windows 10, but he doesn't have any specific reasons.

He's doing heavy photo and video editing plus 3d rendering. He wants it to be top of the line for the next 5-10 years and he gave me a $5k budget to make it. So far it's at $4,115 and ideally I don't want him to have to spend more to order a Z270 MB and CPU to run windows 7.
