Question Putty wont load

I installed putty but i get this message Network Error Connection refused. I installed it on Windows

That comes from the other end of the connection. Ensure that you are using the proper credentials and settings, and that the other end is actually configured to accept remote connections.

Obviously. However, where is this computer in relation to the terminal, and have you been granted access by the owner (if not yourself)?

You check by contacting the applicable owner/adminstrator of the computer or system you are attempting to log into.

That person should be able to: 1)grant you the necessary access rights, 2) help you configure your computer as required, and 3) provide you with the login procedure.

No one else can help.
