Question Pwm connectors asus z390-a

I’m getting a new mobo for my new build and I’ve decided to get the asus z390-a. Im wondering how many pwm fan headers this mobo has.

Well I’m which ones could I connect the fans because I don’t know all the terms eg w_pump...

CPU goes to CPU fan.
Case fans ideally go to Chassis fans.
You can technically plug them into the other heads as well (like AIO pump) just sometimes they'll only run on full speed if they don't have PWM control - but yes they can be plugged into there, you just may not have full control of their speed.

So I can plug them in any header? Because I have 5 fans And there are only two headers I have a splitter but there I don’t have control of the speed

Yes you can plug case fans into the AIO pump headers etc. as they are ultimately differently named headers that do the same thing. You'd have to make sure it's PWM set and controlled in order to control fan speed though. So if they aren't then they will just run at 100%.

The 4pins should have fan control.
