PWM hub on my Enthoo pro

No clue how to use this. I dont have any thing to control fan speeds. I have a aftermarket cpu cooler, and i really dont feel safe plugging the pwm hub into the cpu fan header on the mobo rather than the cpu fan in it.

So since i dont have a controller the hub is useless right?

Usually Motherboard have more than one pdwm connector one them (one or two for the cpu cooler and some for case fans) so you plug the pdwm cable from the fan hub to a pdwm case fan connector on the motherboard that way you have full controll over the fans connected to the hub
