PWM or DC fans for a corsair 780t case?

i want to get the be quite silent wings 3 but not sure if i should get the PWM or DC. Its for a corsair 780t case and my mother board is a z270 asus maximus IX formula.

Would PWM affect controlling the speed through the case button?

no. PWM only works with the mainboard.
as for your board, both fans are fine, go with whatever you get cheaper
