Question PWR_LED is red

So I had this pc for like year or two, and I just noticed that the PWR_LED on the motherboard is red. The pc works perfectly fine, just the red light concerns me. Is it like normal or should I check the connections on the motherboard?

Motherboard: Asus x99-PRO

If it isn't flashing I would check your 24 pin and cpu 8 pin connections.

Its not flashing, and I just checked the connections they seem to be fully plugged in.

ok so you can turn off psu, unplug the power cords to gpu, press down the power button on pc for about 15 seconds. Then plug power back to gpu, turn on psu, fire up pc and see if the red led's have turned off.

Still red. Also I don't even need to turn on the pc for the led to light up, all I need to do is turn on power on psu.
