I turn on my desktop Dell Dimension 8200 and it appears this message at the BIOS pxe-e61:media test failure, pxe-m0f:exiting intel boot agent

It's trying to boot off the network card. Either something in your BIOS changed the boot order, your hard drive isn't connected or your hard drive is dead.

Go into the bios and look for the boot order. You can also see and check and see if your hard drive is detected in the bios.
