I am wondering if this is really valid information regarding a boot from the HDD. When you open the boot order for my Toshiba Netbook and highlight the Hard drive you get a screen with information. It starts out with Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller Series V1.21. Then a Client Address, then a Guid number, then a PXE-E53: no boot file name recieved.and finally PXE-MOF: Exiting PXE-ROM
Some searching on this I found referance to something about a bad hard drive? My Toshiba Diagnostic application tells me there is no problem with the Hard Drive?
Hopefully this makes sense to anybody reading it.

Solution
That is an indicator that the system is trying to boot from the network, as opposed to the HDD, an optical drive, or a USB device.

Check your boot options in the BIOS.
