Q8200 with a GTX 460 frame rates?

Im going to buy an Q8200 and already got a 1GB GTX 460. If i overclock the Q8200 on air what type of overclock can i get and can you recogmend a QUIET but good cpu cooler for lga 775. What type of FPS woulf i get on bf3, MW2, TF2, BO2, BO3 and i how much would i get if i record gameplay on those games.
I know im out of date but got exams soon so wanna focous on school then after exams i will build i killer PC

A hyper 212 evo would work pretty good. Make sure you have clearance in your case. However even OCing your gtx 460 aswell wont get you playable fps while recording. Unless you are at like lowest graphics settings.

5 to 7 year old hardware isn't going to be more than barely adequate regardless what you do in overclocking.

I seen people get 40iss frames per second on a gtx 460 and a q6600 at good settings whist recording

Do you watch LinusTechTips if you havent then watch him he uses a q6600 overclock and still gets decent fps at 1080p with old hardware. Lol
