Upgrading my ddr2 ram 4gb to 8gb with cpu intel core 2 quad q9300, asus p5q pro mobo and buy a used gpu for light AAA gaming. Worth to do ?

There's no such thing as light AAA gaming.

That cpu isn't strong enough to run any newer AAA titles well no matter the GPU.

Seen a lot of people pushing that cpu to 3ghz+ and with a 1050ti pair could run anything at decent frames. Thanks for the answer Supahaos
