Q9400 with gtx 950 ?

I have q9400,8gb ram ddr3,psu 500w pure.i want to buy new graphic cards and i have 2 choice, gtx 750 ti or gtx 950.my question is would q9400 with gtx 950 will bottleneck ? Or should i buy gtx 750 ti ?

Unless you can find a phenomenally good deal on the 950 and/or expect to upgrade to a better CPU sometime in the near future, I'd go with the 750ti. From what I can find, even that might be bottlenecked by the 9400 somewhat on certain games, but not as badly as the 950 would be.
